As a national and provincial "Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Public Service Demonstration Platform" recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province, the Guangdong Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Promotion Association closely follows the national policy orientation and the actual needs of enterprises, actively plays the role of the platform, extensively selects and integrates resources from various service areas, and comprehensively supports the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Starting from 2019, the Promotion Association has focused on serving enterprises with specialized and innovative development, and has established a relatively complete system of specialized and innovative services, helping enterprises to embark on the path of specialization and innovation through a series of activities.

The Guangdong Promotion Association was founded in December 2005. Over the past ten years, it has been committed to promoting the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong. On the one hand, it has continuously expanded the coverage of services to small and medium-sized enterprises by undertaking national and provincial service projects. On the other hand, in response to the frontline needs of enterprises, it has independently planned a series of services or activities, continuously pushing forward the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, the Promotion Association has successively hosted 5 sessions of the "China Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Summit Forum", 4 sessions of the "Maker Guangdong" competition, 2 sessions of the "Specialized and Innovative" new product launch event, and 3 sessions of the "New Guangdong Business Senior Executive Training Class" and other large-scale activities with wide social influence. It has independently created the "Lingnan Business Road" series of brand activities, including cost reduction and efficiency improvement series, financing and listing series, Guangdong private enterprise high-quality development training courses, and other diversified services. It organizes an average of over 120 service activities per year, and has served over 100,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in total.
